Radu Albot has qualified for the semifinals of the Challenger tournament of Liuzhou, China. The Moldovan tennis player beat the representative of the host country Di Wu 6-0, 3-6, 6-3, IPN reports.

In the first two rounds, Albot lost no game in the duels with Te Rigele of China and Lee Duck Hee of South Korea. In the semifinals, the 28-year-old player meets India’s Prajnesh Gunneswaran, World No. 146.

Radu Albot is the number 11 seed at the Liuzhou International Challenger. He now occupies the 89th spot in the ATP rankings.
