Moldovan tennis player Radu Albot failed to qualify for the final of the ATP tournament of Geneva. He lost to Chile’s Nicolas Jarry, World No. 75, in two sets, IPN reports.
The South-American player won the match that lasted for 1 hour and 18 minutes by 6-3, 6-4. For his performance at the Geneva tournament, Radu was awarded about €27,000 and 90 ATP points that will help him climb to the top 40 in the ATP rankings.
Radu Albot is to now compete in the Roland Garros Grand Slam tournament.
