Moldovan tennis player Radu Albot failed to qualify for the second round of the Challenger tournament of Mouilleron. He was beaten by the representative of the hosts Vincent Millot 7-6, 3-6, 1-6, IPN reports.

Albot, 26, competed also in the doubles together with Teymuraz Gabashvili of Russia. The Moldovan-Russian pair withdraw after the first set, when the score was 3-3, losing thus to Poullain and Stouff.

The Challenger tournament of Brazil’s Sao Paolo of November 25-29 is the next competition that will involve Radu Albot, who takes the 120th position in the ATP rankings.
