At the first class meeting, pupils will be taught the significance of state symbols. A request in this regard was made by Prime Minister Vlad Filat, Info-Prim Neo learned from a press release of the Government. The Ministry of Education issued an ordinance demanding all the class masters in schools to teach the pupils the signification of state symbols- the flag, the coat of arms and the anthem, at the first class of the new school year. The lesson will be titled “Ion and Doina Aldea-Teodorovici – tribunes of national ideals”. The initiative is meant to shape a proper attitude of pupils towards the state symbols and adequate norms of behavior to honor these symbols.
