The municipal public transport that crosses the Great National Assembly Square of Chisinau will run according to a special program on December 31, when cultural and artistic events in connection with New Year’s Eve will take place in the center of the capital city, IPN reports.

From 2 p.m. until the next day at 7 a.m., the public transport will not have access to the section of Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt Stefan Blvd between the streets Mitropolit G. Bănulescu-Bodoni and Pushkin. The trolleybuses and buses crossing the Great National Assembly Square will be diverted onto adjacent streets.

On the night between years, trolleybuses No. 8, No. 10, No. 12, No. 22 and No. 25 and also buses No. 5, No. 9, No. 26 will run until 1 a.m.

Buses No. 4, No. 6, No. 14, No. 15, No. 24, No. 33, No. 38, No. 39, No. 44, No. 46 and No. 47 will make additional trips to ensure the participants in the New Year’s Eve concert can return home.
