Public Services Agency to test provision of online cadastral services

As from February 1, the Public Services Agency will provide cadastral services online through the e-Services Development Platform on a trial basis. In the trial period, citizens will be able to order online services exclusively for real estate located in the municipality of Chisinau, IPN reports, quoting the Agency. 

Private individuals and legal entities could ask for and obtain 11 cadastral documents in electronic form. Holders of digital signature will be able to download the document in electronic form from their own personal cabinet available on the Government Portal (mcabinet.gov.md).

On request, the electronic document will be issued on paper. Applicants will pick it up at the requested multifunctional center or receive it at the indicated address using the government service MDelivery.


The services will be paid through the government e-payment gateway MPay, using any payment instrument of one’s choice, such as bank card, Internet banking, payment terminals and e-banking systems, and in cash. In case of cash payments, the citizens who Internet connection can go to connected banks or to the offices of Moldova’s Post Office.

The application can be submitted through the Public Services Portal (servicii.gov.md) or the website of the Public Services Agency.
