The President of Moldova, MPs, members of the Government, judges, prosecutors, members of the Court of Accounts and of the National Bank, the members of the Financial Market National Commission, and a number of different functionaries of top level from the central and local agencies shall submit their declarations to the Central Control Commission. The deputy ministers, department chiefs, and other types of public servants will submit their declarations to department checking commissions, under law.
