Public health experts inspect Vadul lui Voda

Experts of the Chisinau Center for Public Health found unsatisfactory the sanitary situation of the rooms, areas and inventory of the recreation places in Vadul lui Voda, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to a press release of the Center, the inspectors found meat, fish and other products without accompanying documentation. The compatibility of products kept in refrigerators and the assortment of prepared dishes isn’t respected. First course dishes, salads, side dishes are prepared in improper sanitary conditions. Illegal summer terraces are installed. Some companies that manage foodservice units near the beach don’t have contracts with the Waste Disposal Agencu and, as a result, all household waste is stored near public WCs. Sanitary issues were found in children camps, the “Coroana” holiday camp, and some holiday resorts like “Paduricea Verde”. The room hygiene isn’t maintained well enough, there are no window nets and the kitchen inventory is obsolete. Administrative offense proceedings were initiated against these units. The inspection took place on July 21-22.
