The accusations made by PAS MP Radu Marian against the PSRM, that it undertook the schemes at the Public Services Agency (PSA) after Vladimir Plahotniuc left, are a barefaced lie and an electoral provocation aimed against the Electoral Bloc of the Communists and the Socialists. In a statement, the PSRM says all the schemes that worked during the time of Plahotniuc were destroyed after the regime was overthrown with the direct participation of the Party of Socialists and President Igor Dodon.
The Socialists requested that Radu Marian should provide clear evidence to substantiate his accusations, including video and audio recordings, or should apologize publicly. Also, the PSRM reserves the right to file a lawsuit over the deliberate dissemination by Radu Marian of false and calumnious inventions that defame the Bloc of the Communists and the Socialists.
In a press briefing on June 29, MP of the Party of Action and Solidarity Radu Marian said that each Moldovan is robbed of 300 lei, which is almost 30% of the price paid for issuing a passport, due to a harmful contract signed by the PSA several years ago, when this institution was managed by the men of Plahotniuc. Currently, the men of Dodon, who manage the PSA, want to continue the scheme.
