Protest next to Parliament Building: Good times came for government only!

The Socialists mounted a new protest next to the Parliament Building while a plenary sitting was taking place. They criticized the government for the pursued policies, saying these are anti-popular and destructive, IPN reports.

The protesters said the government is far from the daily problems of the people and from the realities that these need to cope with. The head of the Socialist group on the Chisinau Municipal Council Alexandr Odintsov reminded the assertions of Prime Minister Natalia Gavrilița, who said that the government now doesn’t deal with momentary issues, but with ‘eternal things’.

MP Petru Burduja said the country’s population was generally abandoned. The planned merger of universities will cause an exodus among the young people in Moldova. “If you are incompetent, admit this and vacate the place for those who know how to take decisions, to assume responsibility and to develop Moldova,” he stated.

MP Adrian Lebedinschi noted that the ruling party ‘sells the country’, deceived the pensioners, didn’t increase the salaries of people, but allowed all the prices to rise instead. “Good times came for the government only,” said the Socialist MP.

The Socialist MPs also said that the current government is the biggest evil for Moldova and all the problems in the country come from the Party of Action and Solidarity. The ruling party leads Moldova to failure and does its best to destroy the country.
