The extraordinary meeting of the Superior Council of Prosecutors (CSP) could not be held today due to a lack of quorum.
Two requests were on the agenda, from prosecutors Anatolie Gîrbu and Cristina Gladcov, candidates for CSP membership who failed the pre-vetting test and for which the Supreme Court of Justice ordered a re-evaluation.
According to CSP president Angela Motuzoc, Minister of Justice Veronica Mihailov-Moraru was a no-show, and so was CSP member Inga Furtună, who is on vacation.
On August 1, the Supreme Court of Justice overturned the no-pass results for 21 prosecutors and judges that underwent the pre-vetting procedure.
