The Anticorruption Prosecutor's Office filed a request with Chisinau Court, Ciocana headquarters, requesting 30 days of house arrest for the MP Reghina Apostolova. The information was provided to IPN by Cătalina Bogonos, spokeswoman for the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office, who mentioned that she did not know yet when the request would be examined by the court.

Currently, Reghina Apostolova is hospitalized.

The Chisinau court, Ciocana headquarters, is to decide today on the request of the Anticorruption Prosecutor's Office to sentence to 30 days of arrest the MP Marina Tauber, currently arrested by CNA.

The MPs Marina Tauber and Reghina Apostolova, whose immunity was lifted by the Parliament on September 16, were detained on the same day. The Prosecutor General's Office notes that the detention comes as a result of "their attempt to avoid criminal prosecution".
