All 361 incidents in the October 20 elections, reported by Promo-LEX observers by 21:30, were processed by the Observation Mission team.

The last report of the day, which covers the 18:30 - 21:20 time segment, shows that there were 6 cases of intimidation of Mission observers - three in the Florești district and one in each the Dubăsari district and in Chișinău and Bălți municipalities.

Promo-LEX observers also reported three cases of electoral campaigning or black PR, which took place in Chișinău, Edineț district and Cimișlia district. Additionally, there were two cases of organized transportation of voters in the Ialoveni district and in the village of Băcioi, Chișinău municipality.

The Observation Mission also registered five instances when unauthorized persons had an unjustified presence in polling stations or within 100 m. Seven cases of acts of violence or intimidation of voters or other persons took place.

Other incidents reported by the Promo-LEX Observation Mission include the cancellation of ballots before the polling stations have closed and the nonconforming use of ballots.

1 173 million voters participated in the general local elections of October 20, representing almost 42% of the number of eligible voters.
