The Progressive Society Party considers the political parties should unite within a democratic political bloc called “Pro Moldova”. This bloc would promote transparency in the decision-making process and in the use of financial resources, IPN reports.
Representatives of the party told a news conference that the Party of Progressive Society is ready to join this bloc so as to contribute to replacing the political system in Moldova and supports the protests because it has been for early parliamentary elections from the very beginning.
Marin Livadaru, a member of the Progressive Society Party, said the leaders of the protests mounted now join together in order to come to power, but declare that in case of early elections they will separate based on geopolitical principles. He noted that this is not a proof of political maturity and called on them to take part in the creation of the Bloc “Pro Moldova”.
