The national public broadcaster Teleradio-Moldova will hold the fifth round of election debates between March 26 and 31. By three programs will be broadcast daily on the public television channel Moldova 1 and on Radio Moldova, Info-Prim Neo reports. The debates on TV will start at 19.45, 21.40 and 22.30, while on radio – at 8.00, 11.00 and 17.00. The fifth round begins on Thursday, March 26, when the last two programs of the fourth round take place. It was decided by draw that the Christian Democratic People’s Party will meet the Centrist Union of Moldova. The Social Democratic Party will face the Labor Union Party “Patria-Rodian” on Friday, March 27. The same day, the independent candidate Victor Railean will meet the independent Stefan Uratu, while independent Alexandr Lomakin – another independent Tatiana Tambalist The Moldova Noastra Alliance will take part in debates with the Ecologist Party “Green Alliance” on Monday, March 30, independent Sergiu Banari will face the Republican Party, while the Social-Political Movement “European Action” – the Conservator Party. Three parties will participate in debates on the last day of the fifth round, March 31: the Liberal Party, the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova and the “United Moldova” Party. The same day, independent Valentina Cusnir will meet the Communist Party, while the Democratic Party of Moldova – the “Pentru Neam si Tara” (For Nation and Country) Party (on March 26, the party announced it withdraws from the election race, e.n.). The last programs of debates for the current election campaign will take place during April 1-3.
