The appointment scheduling system of the Public Services Agency will be adjusted in order to efficiently organize the process of concomitantly submitting applications to register the condominium and the condominium owners association. The applicants will be helped by employees of the Agency to efficiently plan their visit to the chosen multifunctional center. The modification forms part of a new procedure for examining applications for adding the condominium to the Real Estate Register, IPN reports.
If the condominium constitution document provides that the owners form an association, the application to have the condominium registered will be filed to the registrar’s desk at the multifunctional center that serves the locality close to the local cadastral body. The application to register the condominium owners association will be submitted to the same multifunctional center.
The condominium co-owners association constituted by January 29 is considered a condominium owners association and this is a legal basis for automatically registering the modified legal form of organization, full name and abbreviation of the association in the State Register of Legal Entities. The change is registered without publishing the relevant notice in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and without paying the registration tax.
