The MP of the Pro Moldova parliamentary group Vladimir Cebotari said that they held consultations with colleagues of the party’s local organization in Chisinau and unanimously decided to massively mobilize the members and sympathizers and to call on all the citizens to vote candidate for President Maia Sandu, IPN reports.
“On November 1, we must go and vote so as to elect the President of the Republic of Moldova and to decide the country’s fate. The people live in poverty, debts and corruption. The government does nothing for the ordinary people, forgot about them during the pandemic, locked them up in homes without offering a social package to them, closed their businesses and obliged them to pay taxes, loans and rental. The people leave the country en masse and do not tie their future to the Republic of Moldova,” the MP posted on Facebook.
According to him, the President manages the foreign affairs and names judges to posts. “We are sure that Maia Sandu will free the country from the international isolation to which it was pushed by Igor Dodon. We are sure that Maia Sandu will not name discredited and corrupt persons to posts in the justice system,” wrote Vladimir Cebotari.
The Pro Moldova Party proposed the party’s leader Andrian Candu for President, but he wasn’t registered by the CEC for the reason that the minimum necessary number of 600 signatures wasn’t collected in each of the territorial-administrative units.
