Pro Moldova asks to invite acting Premier to meeting of Standing Bureau

The parliamentary group Pro Moldova requested to invite acting Prime Minister Aureliu Ciocoi to the meeting of the Standing Bureau so as to identify the optimal ways for overcoming the major problems in the country. “An interim government has limited powers, but, given that this institutional conflict can be long-lasting, we need particular urgent problems to be solved,” MP Andrian Candu, the group’s leader, stated in a press briefing, being quoted by IPN.

The MP said the parents do not have who to leave their children with, while the political forces intervene and hamper the COVID-19 immunization campaign. But the Easter holidays are coming and they will bring with new challenges and costs.

“Mister Ciocoi should come so that we discuss and consider including representatives of parties in the commission for exceptional situations as the decisions should be assumed by everyone and should be treated with maximum responsibility by the whole society,” noted Andrian Candu.

According to him, figure show the Government during two months borrowed 5 billion lei from the domestic market. “This and other topical subjects should be discussed in the meeting of the Standing Bureau with the participation of the acting Prime Minister,” stated the leader of Pro Moldova.
