Private legal enforcers to work in Moldova
The preparation of private legal enforcers is one of the major reforms of the new Government in the legal systems. A relevant bill is to be formulated and implemented during the next six months, Minister of Justice Alexandru Tanase said while on a working visit to the Enforcement Department, Info-Prim Neo reports.
According to Alexandru Tanase, the reform will contribute to the creation of a strong enforcement system and will exclude petitions from the civil society, which is dissatisfied with the quality of these services, the Ministry of Justice says in a communiqué. Tanase also said that the reform will eliminate a number of problems concerning the high cost of maintaining a state enforcement system.
The official also said that a team of specialists is being selected at the Ministry of the Interior to help the private legal enforcers. In several months, it will be transferred to the Ministry of Justice.
