The Central Election Commission (CEC) said the ballots for the November 13 runoff presidential elections starts at the Central Publishing House in Chisinau at 1pm on November 5, IPN reports.
Under the Election Code, representatives of the electoral competitors and the mass media and accredited observers can attend the printing process.
