One kilogram of tomatoes at the market can be bought for 20 lei and up, while one kilogram of cucumbers for 10 to 13 lei. The eggplants cost 35 lei/kg and up, while peppers 20 lei and up, IPN reports.

Vegetable marrows are sold for 8 lei/kg, early cabbage for 10 lei, while potatoes for 7 lei and up. A bunch of parsley, dill or green onion tops costs 2 lei, as earlier.

The meat and dairy produce prices remained the same as last week. Pork is sold for 70 lei, while beef for 80 lei. Cow cheese costs 40-45 lei/kg, ewe’s cheese 50-60 lei, while sour cream 30 lei.

One kilogram of cherries is sold for 15 lei, while of strawberries for 25-28 lei. Apricots cost minimum 25 lei/kg.
