The price of diesel fuel went above the 23 lei level. The National Agency for Energy Regulation has announced a 0.14 lei increase in the price of this type of fuel, IPN reports.
Over the next three days, August 11-14, a liter of diesel fuel at filling stations will be sold for at most 23.13 lei. A liter of gasoline coded 95 will cost at most 25.76 lei, up 0.06 lei.
The Agency explained that the latest price rises are due to the more pronounced increase in the Platts quotations. The tendency is supported by the large demand for oil products worldwide.
