President Nicolae Timofti rejected the proposal of the Supreme Council of Magistrates to name Serghei Bodiu as instruction judge, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting the presidential press service. The head of state argued that after checking the possessions of Serghei Bodiu, it was established that he has commercial relations with third persons that are incompatible with the status of judge and incompliant with the professional ethics.
