The President of the French Alliance of Moldova, Alexandru Munteanu, has been knighted into the French Legion of Honour by Ambassador of France in Moldova Edmond Pamboukjian on Friday, March 16, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to the ambassador, Alexandru Munteanu was awarded the French great distinction in recognition for promoting history, culture and the French language in Moldova. “You are an ideal representative of your country, and at the same time a great admirer of France, while your activity marks an ideal relation between France and Moldova”, Edmond Pamboukjian mentioned.
