Maia Sandu’s call on “X” networks to Dutch Minister of Defense Kajsa Ollongren to deliver more air defense  systems to Ukraine was publicized nationwide in Ukraine, IPN reports.

Ukrainska pravda reproduced Maia Sandu’s call formulated in a meeting with the Dutch official, to provide Ukraine with a larger number of air defense systems.

According to official data, Moldova’s President and Kajsa Ollongren discussed ways to strengthen the bilateral defense partnership and cybersecurity. “As Kyiv region’s largest power plant was destroyed by Russian missile last night (April 10), I stressed the urgent need for more air defense systems for Ukraine,” said Maia Sandu.

For his part, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, after the conclusion of the Three Seas Summit in Vilnius, which involved Moldovan Prime Minister Dorin Recean, asked again for air defense equipment for Ukraine.
