President Nicolae Timofti invited the parliamentary groups to new consultations so as to try again and designate a candidate for premiership, IPN reports.

The consultations were scheduled to take place at the State Residence of the President on November 26.

The head of state had the last consultations with members of the Liberal Democratic Party, where Valeriu Strelet reiterated the party’s position concerning the essence of the political crisis and the preconditions that are fundamental for creating a dialogue platform.
