President Igor Dodon has signed decrees to confirm a number of candidates for the post of judge, IPN has learned from the presidential press service.

The following candidates were named judges for a five-year term for the first time: Rosita Rusu-Parii at the Soroca Court, Ala Ukraintseva at the Straseni Court, Alina Bragaru at the Court of Chisinau, Livia Mitrofan at the Court of Chisinau, and Petru Harmaniuc at the Court of Chisinau.

Also, judge Aureliu Postica was transferred to the Court of Chisinau, while judge Gennady Mara to the Anenii-Noi Court. Victoria Sarbu was promoted as judge of the Chisinau Appeals Court.
