President Igor Dodon has formally approved the resignation of six Cabinet members following e reshuffle announced by the Democratic Party.

The president said earlier that he would accept to show the departing ministers out, but would oppose the replacements, as some of them “have a compromised political reputation”, “demonstrated lack of professionalism, regrettable opportunism”, and “some of them belong in jail”.
