The children receiving treatment at the Oncology Institute in Chisinau will enjoy surprises and gifts on the occasion of the International Children’s Day. They will be visited by officials and artistic groups.

Contacted by IPN, the head of the Oncology Institute’s Press Relations Service Angela Roadideal said that all the children of the onco-pediatric and hematology sections will receive presents, candies and fruit from officials and from representatives of international organizations working in Chisinau. Ensembles from the Chisinau music high school “A. Starcea” will give a concert. The children will be also visited by a group of students of the Teacher Training University “Ion Creanga”, who will also bring candies and fruit.

There are about 40 children diagnosed with different types of cancer in the onco-pediatric and hematology sections of the Oncology Institute.
