The Head of the OSCE Mission to Moldova Philip Remler is hopeful that the official talks in the 5+2 format may be resumed at the start of 2011, Info-Prim Neo reports. “I think the present situation allows us to be cautiously optimistic about the resumption of the official talks in the 5+2 format. Most probably, such meetings will not take place until the end of this year, but I hope the official negotiations will be resumed at the beginning of next year,” Philip Remler said in a conference on Thursday. The Head of the OSCE Mission to Moldova said the informal meeting in the 5+2 format held in Kiev on November 16 centered on the projects aimed at improving the activity of the working groups. It was agreed that the experts will start analyzing the future documents. The Transnistrian side proposed extending by one more year the term during which the farmers in Dorotskaya can cultivate their lands.
