Problems related to the heating systems have been solved in 70 of the 112 apartment blocks in Chisinau in which issues were found, and this means a rate of 62.5%, informs the heating utility. Termocom warns that it won’t deliver heat to the blocks in which problems aren’t fully solved. The utility also urges block administrators to accelerate the process of signing technical passports, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to the Termocom press release, the problems have been solved mostly in blocks administered by the municipal enterprises for the management of the housing fund (IMGFL). The situation of blocks administered by constructions cooperatives (CCL) and associations of privatized house owners (APLP) remains unchanged. Termocom demands CCL and APLP managers to finish the necessary works of removing problems in the internal heating systems. The utility urges the administrators to step up the process of presenting and signing technical passports of apartment blocks after the finalization of preparations of internal technical systems. So far, 1214 passports of blocks administered by IMGFL have been signed (76%). The figures stand at 160 (26%) for APLP administered blocks and 12 (4%) for CCL managed blocks.
