Premier on official visit to Bulgaria
Prime Minister Vlad Filat is paying an official visit to Bulgaria on April 19. He will meet with his Bulgarian counterpart Boyko Borisov, and then the two delegations will have an extended meeting, Info-Prim Neo reports.
According to a communiqué from the executive, the representatives of the Moldovan and Bulgarian Governments will sign an intergovernmental agreement on cooperation in emergencies. Afterward, the two Premiers will give a news conference.
Vlad Filat will take part in the opening of the Moldovan-Bulgarian economic forum that will be held on this occasion. In the afternoon, he will have meetings with the President of Bulgaria Rosen Plevneliev and Speaker Tsetska Tsacheva.
The Premier will also meet with Moldovans studying at the State University “St Kliment Ohridski” and with representatives of the Moldovan association “Plai natal”. He will then lay flowers at the Monument to the Unknown Soldier.
