Prime Minister Vlad Filat had a meeting with the Head of the OSCE Mission to Moldova, Ambassador Philip Remler, who is completing his duties in Chisinau, Info-Prim Neo. According to a communiqué from the Government, Vlad Filat thanked the ambassador for the work done, for cooperation and his attitude towards Moldova. He voiced hope that Philip Remler will remain Moldova’s supporter. The Prime Minister also approved of the efforts made in the Transnistrian conflict settlement process and in bringing about democratic changes in Moldova. “The processes were difficult, but results were achieved owing to the hard work and insistence,” said Vlad Filat. He welcomed the initiatives and proposals of Philip Remler, which contributed to the resumption of the official Transnistrian conflict settlement talks. For his part, the Head of the OSCE Mission to Moldova thanked the Premier and the entire governmental team with which he worked during his four-year tenure.
