The Cabinet, at the suggestion of Prime Minister Pavel Filip, ordered to create an inter-sector working group for designing a new concept for organizing the recreational-educational activity of children’s summer camps, IPN reports.
The decision follows the cases of poisoning, infection and violence against children reported at national summer camps.
The working group will consist of specialists from education, health, public order and social protection. The experts will analyze the situation in the field and will identify solutions for preventing deviations in the activity of summer camps.
Within a month the working group is to present the new concept for organizing the activity of summer camps, including the camp authorization inter-sector method, to the Government.
