Premier asks to thoroughly prepare for Association Council

Prime Minister Pavel Filip requested the members of the governmental commission for European integration to increase the pace and thoroughly prepare for the meeting of the Association Council that will take place in Brussels on March 14, IPN reports.

According to the Government’s press service, Pavel Filip asked to make effort for Moldova’s delegation to be able to present concrete results at the meeting. He underlined the necessity of respecting the time limits for carrying out the overdue measures from the national plan of action for implementing the Association Agreement with the EU.

It was noted the importance of stepping up the public administration reform by approving the new strategy in the field and by restoring the national council for the public administration reform.

The governmental commission for European integration meets weekly to accelerate the putting into practice of the national plan of action for implementing the Association Agreement with the European Union.
