Prime Minister Pavel Filip called on the Cabinet members to ensure enhanced communication with the people, referring including to those who take part in protests, IPN reports.
According to the Premier, the protests in an election campaign are more or less politicized. Even so, it’s not good when a part stays in offices, while another part is on the street.
“We must honestly discuss the problems with the people and they will then understand,” stated Pavel Filip.
The Prime Minister insisted that the transformation of the 13.6 million lei that was lent to the three robbed banks into state debt was necessary in order to prevent more serious problems that would have affected the population. He noted that the World Bank approved of the solution identified by the Government.
