The National Political Council of the People’s Party of the Republic of Moldova (PPRM) decided that the party will take part in this autumn’s presidential elections. According to a press release of the PPRM, a candidate will be chosen as a result of consultations with members of the party’s local organizations, IPN reports.

The People’s Party considers that in the current conditions of uncertainty in society, all the politicians and people of good faith must realize that the people are at the limit of tolerance of the dirty games, wrongdoings and thefts of those who ruled and rule the country.

The PPRM calls on all the extraparliamentary parties to combine forces, to show that they are able to overcome the party interests and to stop any attempt to discredit the democratic forces.
