The Political Party “Platform Dignity and Truth” (PPPDA) has launched the campaign “One million hands” whereby it intends to reach each community in Moldova and the largest communities of Moldovans abroad so as to work out a long-term country plan as a result of direct discussions with the people, IPN reports.
“The meetings will be held in the homes of the most respected people of the village. These can be attended by all the people of good faith from the neighborhood, for example. In a close circle, we will be able to know them personally, will have open discussions with them and will together identify solutions to the real problems faced by locals and the country,” stated the PPPDA leader Andrei Nastase.
The organizers said the campaign is inspired by the reputation built by the “Platform Dignity and Truth” since its foundation. “For two years we have travelled through the country to meet with people. We reached places that were forgotten by politicians. Some are right when they say that the “Platform Dignity and Truth” is different. Indeed, we were born by people and remained near the people,” said the head of the party’s local organization in Balti Arina Spataru.
The leaders of the Political Party “Platform Dignity and Truth” called on the people to take part in the protest that will be mounted in front of the Parliament Building on September 17 starting at midday.
