The commercial offices of Premier Energy will remain closed until March 27 so as to avoid the spread of the COVID-19 infection. By the end of this month, the electricity supplier will issue the electric power bills compiled based on estimative data, IPN reports.
Given authorities’ recommendations, the company decided that the electricity meters will not be read until March 31. Such a measure is temporary.
“The clients affected by this operational change will temporarily receive bills calculated according to individual estimates. Under the estimative calculation formula, the daily average will be deducted based on the last three bills and will be multiplied by the number of days included in the bill,” Premier Energy said in a press release.
The power bills can be paid through the Internet, by bank cards, at POS terminals and at ATMs of Victoriabank. The supplier calls on the consumers to make the payments without delay so as to avoid the accumulation of debts as this will lead to the accumulation of debts to the producers and suppliers of energy and the continuous supply will be thus in danger.
