Potential candidates for MP have one more day to register with CEC
October 28 is the last day when those who want to run for the post of MP can lodge the necessary documents with the Central Election Commission (CEC). The time limit is 5pm, Info-Prim Neo reports.
The commission that is examining the documents for registering the candidates as participants in elections starts work at 9am. According to the Election Code, the CEC registers the candidates within seven days of the submission of applications.
