Alexandr Esaulenco resigned from the post of director of the Security and Intelligence Service (SIS). Parliament Speaker Igor Grosu accepted the resignation, IPN reports.
Alexand Esaulenco said that he quit as he decided to move to another job. The resignation is to be examined in a Parliament sitting.
Alexand Esaulenco took up as SIS director in June 2019.
