Oleg Rățoi resigned as head of Botanica district of Chisinau. Acting mayor of Chisinau Ruslan Codreanu already signed the decree on his resignation from December 3 based on his application, IPN reports.

By the order signed by the acting mayor, Oleg Rățoi was obliged to submit a statement on property and personal interests within 30 days.

The secretary of the Botanica district head’s office Ion Diacon will serve as head of district until a new head is named. Oleg Răţoi has managed the Botanica district head’s office since 2016. He was for several times reprimanded for his work by acting mayor Silvia Radu.
