Dumitru Udrea resigned as secretary general of the Government. According to Prime Minister Natalia Gavrilița, the functionary has a better career opportunity, IPN reports.

Premier Gavrilița didn’t provide details, but said that at the beginning they agreed that Dumitru Udrea will occupy the post of secretary general during a definite period of time.

Dumitru Udrea was named secretary general of the Government on December 14, 2021. After the Government accepted his resignation it appointed the current director of the Customs Service Igor Talmazan in his place.
