An information portal about the European organizations will be lunged in Moldova soon. It will be named “European Moldova” and will be available on www.infoeuropa.md. The portal is a project of the Resource Center “Dialog-Pro”, Info-Prim Neo reports. The portal will include detailed information about the Council of Europe and the European Union, the head of the Resource Center “Dialog-Pro” Lilia Snegureac said in a seminar. She also said that the portal is intended mainly for journalists. They can use the portal to obtain all the necessary audio and video information, documents and press releases about the events in Europe. The portal also contains information about the European cooperation– joint programs, European priorities, European campaigns. The interested persons will have access to Europe‘s virtual library that includes European official documents, documents about justice, human rights and economy. The portal will also provide information about the relations between Moldova and Europe, including the visits to Moldova, Moldova on the European arena and at the ECHR, European events in Moldova, etc. The websites will contain a division of the European Court of Human Rights with all the cases concerning Moldova examined by the Court. According to the creators, the portal will be available in several weeks. The portal is designed by the Resource Center “Dialog-Pro” with support from East-Europe Foundation, from the resources provided by the Government of Sweden and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark/DANIDA through the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida).
