The population registration and documentation offices, including the emergency documentation offices No. 1, 2 and 3 of the Passport Division of the Population Documentation Department, will work on April 5 from 7.00 to 21.00, Info-Prim Neo reports. The decision was made by the Ministry of Information Development with the aim of facilitating the voting process on April 5, 2009. According to the Ministry’s PR Department, the persons that lost the documents and need them to be able to vote can apply for form No. 9 that is valid for a short period of time. Those that filed the documents for renewal will receive them in a shorter period so as to be able to take part in elections.
