Population registration and documentation offices will work during holidays
The population registration and documentation offices during the winter holidays will work according to a special timetable, following a decision made by the Government of Moldova.
The Ministry of Information Development announces that the activity of the territorial population registration and documentation subdivisions will be optimised. The residents of northern Moldova can apply for identification papers to the registration and documentation offices in Balti, Soroca and Floresti.
The people living in the southern districts can apply to the offices in Comrat or Cahul, while the inhabitants of central Moldova to the offices in Hancesti and Orhei.
The mentioned offices, the office located on 42 Al. Puskin Street and the emergency documentation office situated on 11 Gh. Asachi Street in Chisinau on December 29 and on January 2, 3 and 4 will work according to the normal schedule: from 8.00 to 17.00.
All the country’s registration and documentation offices will work on January 5.
The days of January 21, January 28, February 11 and March 3 will be ordinary working days.
