The political party Pro Moldova was registered officially after it met all the legal requirements. There were collected more than 6,000 signatures and formed 23 local organizations, the party’s leader Andrian Candu was quoted by IPN as saying in a news conference.
According to Andrian Candu, the political party Pro Moldova is a modern center-right party that considers Moldova will manage to overcome this cataclysm caused by the loss of values and promotion of nullities. “Pro Moldova appeared in the context of a profound moral, economic and sanitary crisis. The country is managed badly by persons without integrity, without views and in the interests of only one personage. The Government and Parliament were turned into political struggle instruments, being excluded from the decision-making process, while the Republic of Moldova is now in international isolation,” he stated.
“The actions of Pro Moldova are aimed at resetting the political system by snap parliamentary elections and at creating country projects that ensure the country’s sustainable development and European integration. For the presidential elections of 2020, Pro Moldova will have a pragmatic position that would offer the country the chance to have a new republic.”
Andrian Candu also said that Pro Moldova is for a state with the rule of law where all the branches of power cooperate in favor of the citizens. “As from this week, Pro Moldova, as a political party already, will start its political activity so as to promote the country’s interests.”
The politician added that the team will take a decision in the nearest future and will announce if they will have a candidate in the presidential elections or not.
