The amount of 62 million lei from the state budget will be distributed to political parties according to their performance in the last elections. The amount for 2025 was set at the meeting of the Central Electoral Commission, IPN reports.
According to the calculations based on the formula for the distribution of funds, 1.12 lei is the allocation for each valid vote given to the party in the early parliamentary elections of July 11, 2021 and 0.56 lei for each vote in the general local elections of November 5, 2023. As much as 0.56 lei will be offered for each vote in the presidential elections of October 20, 2024.
10222.26 lei for each woman effectively elected in the early parliamentary elections of July 11, 2021 and 84.72 lei for each woman effectively elected in the general local elections of November 5, 2023.
18497.44 lei is offered for each young man effectively elected in the early parliamentary elections of July 11, 2021 and 177.37 lei for each young man effectively elected in the general local elections of November 5, 2023.
At the same time, the CEC suspended the payment of the allocation from the state budget for 2025 to the Political Party "Alternative and Salvation Force of Moldova", the Political Party "Party for the Future of Moldova", the Party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova and the Political Party "Rebirth". The payment of allowances to these political parties will be resumed after the sanctions imposed by the Central Electoral Commission have been enforced.
The subsidies allocated from the state budget will be transferred monthly to the bank accounts opened for this purpose by the political parties.
