The candidates for MP in the national constituency of the Democratic Party of Moldova (PDM) were registered for the parliamentary elections of February 24, 2019. A decision to this effect was taken by the Central Election Commission (CEC) on January 2, IPN reports.

The PDM submitted the documents for registration to the CEC on December 26. The party’s list includes 53 candidates.

The candidates will be out of office during the election campaign.

45% of the candidates (24) on the list are women, while 55% (29) are men.
