The policlinics and other national health facilities will work according to the usual program next week, except for August 27 and 31.

Contacted by IPN, press officer of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Protection Cristina Stratulat said both the family doctors and the specialists will work on August 28, 29 and 30. The hospitals and other medical institutions will also work as usual.

At the start of this week, the Government decided that August 28, 29 and 30 will be nonworking days this year. Instead, September 8 and 29 and October 20, which fall on Saturday, will be working days. This way, together with Saturdays and Sundays and with August 27 and 31, which are public holidays, the budget-funded employees will have a nine-day vacation, from August 25 until September 2. Some of the state institutions announced yet that they will work on August 28, 29 and 30.
